Thank you SO much!! That clip on Sinatra's birthday was amazing.
Your work man, it's simply incredible how interesting it all is....hope to shake your hand at a Dylan show one day to say thank you properly, & Nightly Moth?
If you ever get to Kansas City look me up at my pal's honky tonk, it's called Knuckleheads.
I'll give you the tour & history of the area, buy you a drink & introduce you to my pal the owner.
He's been so kind to me, all I had to do was prove that I can fix toilets & I am IN (with a plus one!) for the rest of my days....
Met an amazing variety of artists & musicians there. David Lindley, Johnny Winter, Judy Collins, Leon Russell, Chris Hillman, Jimmy Webb, Leon Redbone, far too many to list here....
Just, thanks man for your continued amazing work. You outta be proud. Corky in KC
Great stuff. Just read, again, interview from Ray Padgett book, Stan Lynch, drummer, Petty '86, when he took Dylan to see Sinatra and Sammy Davis. They, Bob really, was noticed and invited backstage after and just before Sinatra came out, Dylan is, Let's go, I'm outta here. Lynch is bummed. Classic Bob. Great book everyone.
Such a perfect performance, studied and serious, honorable and humble. Thank you! Also, the origin story of the song from Liam Clancy offers golden insight.

Thank you for this beautiful and clear version of Dylan's performance. Loved hearing that Sinatra requested this song. One of my favorites ❤️
