An American neo-noir crime film, starring Robert Mitchum and Peter Boyle. Directed by Peter Yates. The screenplay by Paul Monash was adapted from the 1970 novel The Friends of Eddie Coyle by George V. Higgins.

Roanoke Diner. Acrylic paint on canvas. 91.6 x 122 cm.

When I posted this painting here in June, 2024 — It was titled ‘Diner Interior’ on the Halcyon Gallery website.

About a month later the title was changed to Roanoke Diner.
